summer planning

蝉のみんみんと鳴く声、夏まっさかり。如何お過ごしでしょう？　わたしは、、、運動三昧の日々です。。。宮島トライアスロンに続いて、、、22のさぎじまトライアスロンにでなくちゃいけないことになっていたという。。。黙ってたんですが（笑）また出るんかい。。。ですよね。。。この間、島田紳介のでているTV番組の中の企画でトライアスロンのチームに安田美沙子が誘われていてるの見てました。で、彼女も参加しますって頷いてた場面に思わずに見入ってしまった。。！　彼女の気持ち非常に、とってもとっても理解できます。。。。誘われて頷くしかなかった美沙子ちゃんの気持ちがw

そんな訳で、夜な夜なランニング修行の日々が続いておりまする。。。
さて、13（金）から16（月）まではお休みを頂くことにしました。どうぞ宜しくお願いいたします。それから、もうひとつinformationです。8月27日（金）にmanosにて広島出身のbossaデュオachordionさんのライブとギターのワークショップを開催することになりました。こちらは、私のyoga仲間でもあるウエダサユリさんがお友達のアコーディオンさんのライブを以前から広島で企画されてます。今回もサユリさんが頑張って企画されました！あと、私の小学校時代の仲良しが運営している 5days marketさんでも25日はライブするそうです。それから、続くご縁はアコーディオンさんたちはこの間の鉄の成田理俊さんのお友達でもあったみたいです。皆さんぜひ、来てくださいねーー！

how are you guys?　singing cicadas.. they are really huge chorus..:D it has been excessively hot up here in Hiroshima… but that’s what summer is all about…　I have spent a lot of running & execising these days for triathron event in sakijima :P I saw a TV program sinsuke simada（famous comedian） go on、and I paid attention to the scence misako yasuda accepted the entree of triathlon race in that TV show. I completely understand how she feel....indeed....by the way, we are taking a holiday from august 13th to the 16th.
plus…we are having achordion live show+ guiter workshop @manos! my friend sayuri san organize this event.　hope u come along!! It will be fun☺
